Our practice is committed to providing the highest quality of patient care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Kindly review the following statement on our financial policy.

PAYMENT OPTIONS 
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal check, money orders, and all major credit cards. If one of these payment methods is not an option for you, you can apply for special financing through Care Credit.  Payment is due at the time of service rendered.

PATIENTS WITH INSURANCE
A common misconception is that insurance plans cover the entire cost of treatment.  In most instances your insurance carrier is offering a discount off the cost of surgical care. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit the claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Dr. Robinson and his staff work with all insurance carriers to maximize benefits, however we may not be a contracted provider with your specific company or plan. We are happy to assist in obtaining coverage information and if necessary a predetermination of benefits. Please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. Ultimately, regardless of insurance you are financially responsible for the services rendered and the cost of treatment.

CARE CREDIT 
Our office works with Care Credit. This is a separate company that offers a line of credit specifically for health and wellness expenses (e.g. medical, dental, vision, veterinary). This company requires an application and approval process which can be handled independently by you or with our assistance. Once approved, you may use this wellness account card in our office for charges on the day of service. You will need to present your Care Credit card and two forms of ID for the account holder. Interest rates for this loan is handled and communicated directly between account holder and the lending company.
