Full Arch Dental Implants
The concept provides a full upper or lower arch of “fixed” (non-removable) replacement teeth supported by anywhere from 4-8 implants. The most posterior implants are often angled to avoid important structures and to improve the distribution of force on your implants and prosthesis. Usually less bone grafting is required.
Patients begin the process with a comprehensive exam, including a 3D image of their teeth and jaws. Dr. Robinson will then work with your restorative Doctor to create a treatment plan specific to your needs. If you do not have a dentist, Dr. Robinson works with plenty of talented Doctors throughout the region and would be happy to refer you to one for your restorative needs. A set of temporary replacement teeth are fabricated prior to surgery. On the day of surgery, the temporary set of replacement teeth are attached to the dental implants immediately after the implant placement surgery. The final set of replacement teeth are placed several months later.
